With over six decades of expertise in manufacturing, Force Motors operates five advanced, state-of-the-art facilities across India including plants in Akurdi and Chakan in Maharashtra, Pithampur in Madhya Pradesh and Chennai in Tamil Nadu.
Driven by a long-standing Indo-German collaboration, our manufacturing processes are built on strong foundations of automation, precision engineering and global best practices enabling us to meet and exceed both domestic & international quality standards.
Certified to ISO, EMS, IATF and NABL standards, these facilities in India employ advanced technologies and precision-driven systems to produce high-quality vehicles and automotive components for global markets, thereby also fostering the Government’s Make in India initiative.

Green Manufacturing
Force Motors is reshaping its operations with a clear focus on sustainability. Today, 50% of the energy across our manufacturing facilities is sourced from renewables, a definitive step towards reducing our carbon footprint and advancing a low-emission future.
At our Pithampur facility, over 30 acres of dedicated green cover has been developed within the plant premises, serving as a thriving habitat for a diverse range of plant species and over 100 species of birds, animals and insects. Focused efforts have been made to preserve and support existing fauna by providing fodder and shelter, installing bird feeders, planting nectar-rich flora for butterflies and bees and creating water bodies to support the eco-system.

Our integrated R&D center handles everything from concept to production. Our team of experts manages 3D/2D design, styling, CAE, CFD and crash analysis. Furthermore, we have one of India’s largest NVH labs with a semi-anechoic chamber for precise noise, vibration and sound analysis. Our ISO 17025 certified engine and vehicle testing labs cover calibration and performance. In-house facilities test components for durability, while the torture track pushes vehicles to their limits on extreme terrain.

Engineering
Engineering excellence at Force Motors is backed by one of the largest in-house Tool Rooms. Designed for precision manufacturing at scale, it produces high-quality tools of varying sizes and complexities to meet diverse industry needs. These capabilities ensure high-quality standardization across all stages of vehicle production.
Our specialized tooling expertise supports leading Tier 1 OEMs across India. With advanced infrastructure and skilled teams, the facility delivers tooling solutions that meet the most stringent industry standards.
High Technology Aggregate Business
Mercedes-Benz Engines and Axles
Force Motors has been manufacturing engines and axles for Mercedes-Benz India since 1997 at its dedicated facility in Chakan, Pune. The plant produces 4-cylinder and V6 gasoline and diesel engines, as well as front and rear axles. This long-standing partnership supports the entire range of Mercedes-Benz cars and SUVs made in India, underscoring Force Motors deep expertise in high-performance automotive engineering.
BMW Engine Production
Established in 2015, Force Motors’ Chennai facility manufactures inline-4 and inline-6 cylinder engines for BMW’s India lineup including the 3 Series, 5 Series, 7 Series, X1, X3 and X5. The plant was built and commissioned in just nine months, adhering to BMW’s stringent global manufacturing standards.
